Omega 3 are unsaturated fatty acids that are susceptible to oxygen and high temperature. Oxidation of Omega 3 fatty acid leads to fishy smell and taste due to volatile compounds produced from reaction with oxygen. At FRUITI, we are capable of applying vacuum or nitrogen blanketing to prevent Omega 3s from oxidation, making sure Omega 3s products are fresh and tasty.
